Creating a New Patient Folder

To create a new patient:

  1. From the Workbench , select Patient. The Patient Search window appears.
  2. Enter the last and first name or the date of birth of the patient in the corresponding fields.
  3. Select Search. The matching results display. Ensure the Patient Folder does not already exist.
  4. Select New.

    A new Patient Folder opens. Enter information into each tab of the Patient Folder.
